Greater New York Dental Trade Show.
The past 3 weeks have been a blur.
THe largest trade show of the year was coming up, and there was so much to do and so little time.
I had a lot of work to do, first one being that I have to come up with a lof of artwork for promotional materials. Bag, pens, clips, mouse pads, brochures, product samples, video presentations, out booth…
I know this is part of the job, but as fast I was designing all this stuff, the print shops could not delivered as fast as we wanted too, on top of that, Thanksgiving weekend fell upon us. no deliveries the rest of the week. I was so stress, calling every printshop in the area trying to make this print work appear.
ALso, one week before the show, the bosses remebere that they had yet another trade show to go to in California, and they needed printed materials and bannners for that too. I was overnight shipping everything, hoping that all will make it on time.
The last two days before the trade show I was working none stop on the infomercial we would show in the three high definition screen we had on the show. I worked 14 hours on Black friday, and almost 20 hours on Saturday (done at 6:00 am on Sunday morning, the trade show would start at 9:00am)
Everything got delivered the last minute, the videos got completed on time. I am glad how everything turn out. But, I can use a few days off…..
